No, we offer discounted rates for service contracts, including full-year and two-year contracts, but we do not require a minimum service period.

What happens if it rains or you fall behind schedule?
When we fall behind schedule, such as due to weather, we make up the service as soon as possible, typically within the week.
However, if the bad weather persists for more than three days, we will skip that scheduled mow and resume your service the following week.

We have a service guarantee that means if you are not satisfied, we will gladly come back and redo the work, fix the issue, and ensure everything is done correctly—we do it right, or we do it over.

Who will be working on my property?
The crew working on your property consists of individuals with top-quality craftsmanship, many of whom come through our close working relationships with organizations like Vocational Rehabilitation, Davis Behavioral, and the VA. We are a disability-operated company and believe strongly in providing meaningful employment to those often overlooked.
To help you identify and communicate with our team:
The crew will arrive in a clearly marked vehicle.
All members will be wearing uniforms according to our dress code.
The lead crew member will be wearing an off-color shirt to clearly identify who you should speak with regarding the job.
